I'm so glad I got a used car inspected here before purchasing. The dealer was asking 2k above Kelly Blue Book value and it needed at least 4k in repairs. Staff at In and Out Auto Care were super friendly and helpful and gave us the information we needed to decide whether or not to purchase the car we were looking at (WE DID NOT of course).
Best shop in town hands down. I've been to many mechanic shops throughout the years and none have treated me with more respect, honesty and integrity then the guys at in and out. Dan the owner runs a tight ship and you can expect the highest quality of service. Bryan the service advisor is always a pleasure to work with. He keeps me up to date on everything that is needed whenever I bring my cars in and gives me all the information needed to make the right decisions. I'm blessed to have found these guys and I consider them all great friends. If there is anything I need automotive related I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys and i will continue to recommend everyone I know!
Went to In and Out for the first time, had them service my Toyota 4 Runner. Did a great job in a timely fashion, good communication along with suggestions to prevent issues down the road. New to the area so was glad to have this recommendation, will be back.
Communicated well and often as they repaired my work van. I was blowing water bad. As it turns out I needed a head gasket job and also timing chain cover gasket replaced as well as a bunch of other things. The price was fair. The customer service was good and they even waited patiently for 3 days after the job was complete for me to pay them. Lots of phone calls and discussion while the job was being done. No pressure for payment. They even let me know about some other stuff that I should get done when I can afford it, didn't corner me into more work though. Wayne even said he'd keep an ear open for a full size work van as I've been looking for a second work van. I've been driving at least 60 miles a day since and no problems. All in all my experience with them was excellent and I will most definitely use them again. Not a used car lot feel that you get with a lot of mechanics shops... check 'em out if you need something done!
Great local place with high quality customer service and friendly atmosphere. I felt like I had known them for a while and am happy I made the choice to have these guys work on my vehicle rather than the dealership. The dealership isn't half as personable and they're not always looking out for your best interest. I feel like In & Out IS looking out for best interest of their customers. Thank you!
i brought in a car for a pre-purchase inspection from a nearby used car dealer. Bryan from In and Out said they were really busy, and I almost went to another shop because I wasn’t sure if they could get it back to me in time, but they were able to fit it in. They called me earlier than expected and gave me good advice on the car. They were very reasonable about the price and I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area to come to In and Out. I will definitely be bringing other cars to them.
I have to say this shop is amazing! They are honest, kind and so welcoming. They are so honest every time I go in. I had work done today and was super satisfied. I would not go anywhere else.
This place used to be my go-to, before I started working on my car myself. I'm not sure what happened, but it's really gone downhill. My dad took his car in after we discovered an issue, and they charged him for the inspection and told him they couldn't fix it. He even stated that we were looking at possibly needing a new engine, as there was oil in the spark plug well. I just looked, and there is not a drop of oil on the plugs, but they were definitely worn. 4 new spark plugs later, and the car is running fine. I don't think they even opened it up and looked, cause there was debris inside that I had to blow out to even look at the plugs. I believe my dad was taken advantage of because he's old and doesn't know about cars, which is really terrible of a business to do. If the issue pops up again, I will change my review and apologize. But as of right now, I cannot recommend this business to anyone.
